Prospera Books. Sales Cloud manages the plan and the renewal. Each invoice and payment is handled in Prospera Books, and the status shows on the subscription.
Can customers change their own plan?
Customers can manage their subscriptions in the customer portal. You decide which changes they can make and which need your confirmation.
Can a subscription start from a quote?
