Questions.
What is NPS?
Net Promoter Score asks how likely a customer is to recommend you, on a scale of 0 to 10. The score is the share of promoters minus the share of detractors.
When are surveys sent?
When you choose. Send a survey on its own, or by automation after a delivery, an event or another step.
Where do the answers go?
Onto the contact record, next to their orders, calls and emails, and into the survey reports.
Can a low score alert someone?
Yes. We can set a rule that creates a task for the account owner.
