Enterprise accounting.Small-business price.
The ledger, stock control and e-invoicing that large finance teams run on, ready for a company of five. No caps on invoices, clients or products. From EGP 449 a month.
14 days free. No card. Set up and supported by Prospera.
The price
Most accounting software caps your invoices, your clients or your warehouses, then charges you to grow past them. Prospera Books has no caps on what you record, includes more people from day one, and adds each extra person at one simple price.
One set of books. Everyone in it.
The people who make the numbers work in the same system as the people who report them. Each sees exactly what their job needs.

Every number has a receipt.
Click any figure on any report and land on the invoice, bill or stock movement that made it. No mystery totals. No spreadsheet in between.
Screens show sample data.

A ledger that can't be rewritten.
Every transaction posts both sides, the moment it happens. Mistakes are reversed in the open, never erased. Your auditor sees what happened, who did it and when.
- Live financial statementsProfit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance, current to the last invoice.
- Period and year-end closingClose the year with one closing entry that moves profit to retained earnings.
- Multi-currency, revalued for youInvoice and pay in any currency. At period end, the exchange gain or loss books itself.
- Bank reconciliationImport the bank statement and match each line to a payment in a few clicks.
- Cost centres and dimensionsTag every entry by branch, project or product line, and report on any of them.
- Budgets with teethWarn, or stop, a purchase request before it takes a department over budget.
- Credit limitsHold the next order when a customer is over their limit, until someone authorised releases it.
- Collections on autopilotStatements emailed on your schedule, and formal reminders with interest for late payers.

- Receivables and payables ageingWho owes what, for how long, down to the invoice.
Design the statement once. It fills itself.
Financial report templates set the lines, groupings and formulas of every statement. Build the profit and loss your board reads, and it rebuilds from the live books every time you open it.

Every item. Every shelf. At its true cost.
When a shipment arrives, its value lands in the books. When it leaves, the cost of sale posts itself. Freight and customs go into the cost of the goods, not a guess at month end.

Buying and selling follow the same path every time, so nothing is paid twice and nothing ships unbilled.

Speaks IFRS. Fluent in GAAP.
Accrual, double-entry books that produce the statements auditors expect, wherever in the world you report.
Standards apply to financial statements, not to software. Prospera Books gives your accountants the structure to report under them, and your auditor the trail to check every number.
The controls of a large finance department.
The checks a group CFO expects, without the group CFO's budget.

Questions.
How many people are included?
Two people on Start and three on Grow and Premium. Add as many more as you need at one simple monthly price, each with access set by their job role. From 15 people the price per person drops automatically.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial, with no card and nothing to install. Your trial company keeps its data if you decide to stay.
Can we move from spreadsheets or our current accounting software?
Yes. We bring across your chart of accounts, opening balances, customers, suppliers and items, and check the trial balance with you before you go live. A Success Pack covers the move.
Which countries do you support?
The accounting is international: IFRS or US GAAP, any currency, any chart of accounts. Local tax rules and e-invoicing are added for your country as part of going live, with a test submission before your first real invoice.
Where is our data, and can we take it with us?
Your books run on a Prospera-managed cloud server and are backed up automatically. Your own server comes with Prospera Suite, with Premium from 30 users, or as an add-on. Your data is yours: export it at any time.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Prospera Books runs in any browser, on a desktop, tablet or phone, and installs to your home screen. Point of sale keeps selling when the internet drops.
What support do we get?
WhatsApp and email answered 24 hours a day, with instant answers to common questions and every request tracked. Live support Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Cairo time.
What about payroll?
HR and payroll add to any plan, priced per employee paid. We run it for Egypt and the UAE today and configure it for any other country, using ready-made localizations where they exist and your own salary formulas where they do not.
Your books. Finally grown up.
Try it free for 14 days, or show us how you keep your books today and we will show you the same month in Prospera Books.
