How the two connect

What moves between the front office and the books, and when.

In Prospera ERP Suite, CloudOffix runs customers, deals and service, and Prospera Books keeps the books. We connect the two for you during setup, so you rarely need to build this yourself.

1. Customers

   Created and maintained in the front office, matched to the same customer in Prospera Books so there are no duplicates.

2. Products and prices

   Maintained in Prospera Books and used on quotes in the front office.

3. Quotes and orders

   An accepted quote becomes an order in Prospera Books, which reserves stock and raises the invoice.

4. Invoices and payments

   Created and posted only in Prospera Books. Their status comes back to the customer record, so every transaction is posted once.

5. When something does not pass

   The right person is told, and the transfer can be retried once the cause is fixed.
