Is Prospera Books integrated with the Egyptian Tax Authority?
Yes. Prospera Books is fully integrated with the Egyptian Tax Authority e-invoice and e-receipt systems. We add it as the approved ERP system on your portal account, link the two, and send a test invoice with you before you go live. For companies in Egypt, connecting costs nothing extra.
How many people are included?
Two people on Start and three on Grow and Premium. Add as many more as you need at one simple monthly price, each with access set by their job role. From 15 people the price per person drops automatically.
Can we try it first?

Can we move from spreadsheets or our current accounting software?

Which countries do you support?
The accounting is international: IFRS or US GAAP, any currency, any chart of accounts. Local tax rules and e-invoicing are added for your country as part of going live, with a test submission before your first real invoice.
Where is our data, and can we take it with us?
Your books run on a Prospera-managed cloud server and are backed up automatically. Your own server comes with Prospera Suite, with Premium from 30 users, or as an add-on. Your data is yours: export it at any time.
