Set up warehouses

Stores, branches and locations within them.

A warehouse is any place you keep stock: a store, a branch or a van. Warehouses form a tree, so you can group locations under a site.

1. Open the tree

   Type Warehouse in the search bar at the top of any screen and press Enter. and open the tree view.

2. Add a warehouse

   Select the parent and choose Add Child. Enter the Warehouse Name.

3. Group or location

   Tick Is Group Warehouse only for a site that holds other locations.

4. Link the stock account

   Each warehouse posts to a stock account. Our team sets these up during setup.

5. Add the address

   Enter the address and phone, so delivery notes and transfers show them.
